It is famous for its \u201cthermal water square\u201d: an ancient bath with hot water in the middle of the village. Around it, there is a ring of pretty houses.<\/p>\n<p>The water of the pool is channeled in warm streams where is possible to dip your hands and feet. From Bagno Vignoni you can easily reach and visit the nearby centers of <a title=\"Pienza\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pienza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pienza<\/a> and <a title=\"Montalcino\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Montalcino\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Montalcino<\/a> and in general the whole Val d&#8217;Orcia and the Park of <a title=\"Monte Amiata\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Monte_Amiata\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Monte Amiata<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The waters that come out of the thermal bath go towards the steep escarpment of the <a title=\"Parco naturale dei Mulini\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Parco_naturale_dei_Mulini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Parco naturale dei Mulini<\/a>. Here, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, there are four medieval mills dug into the rock which were very important for the local economy as the perennial thermal spring guaranteed their operation
